Sifu Jonathan Leonard
Began martial arts training at the age of thirteen. He has a well
rounded background training in many martial art styles such as:
Wushu (kung-fu, tai chi), Jiu Jitsu, and Filipino martial arts. Sifu
Leonard has trained in contemporary wushu since 1998 with
Grandmaster Hu Jianqiang. Grandmaster Hu is China’s two time all
around wushu champion. Master Hu is also known for his film and
television work starring in Shaolin Temple along side Jet Li, Yellow
River Fighter, Drunken Master III and Sonny Chiba's Shogun's
Shadow. Sifu Leonard is a Sergeant in the Army National Guard.
He is also an Iraq War veteran. He served active duty with the 1st
Armored Division from February of 2003- April 2004.
Jessie Leonard
Sifu Leonard's wife who manages the school.
She works full time, is a full time mother of two, manages
Swift Waters part time, and deals with Sifu Leonard on a
full time basis.
Allie & Aidan Leonard
Sifu Leonard and Jessie's children. You'll likely find Allie
along side her dad teaching classes, while Aidan is still
mastering the art of walking.
